The position
Most SEO is sold as a mystery. Ours is three jobs, in three places
The reason search work feels like a scam so often is that nobody will tell you what they are actually doing for the money. So here is ours, plainly: some of it happens once, when the site goes live. Some of it happens every month, because hours change and pages get slow and people start searching for things you have no answer to yet. And some of it never touches your website at all, because for a local business the map result and the reviews under it decide more than the homepage does.
We are two people. We do not run a link farm, we do not have a content mill, and we will not promise you a position on a page Google controls. What we will do is the work that reliably matters, in the open, priced the same way everything else here is priced.
Where the work lives
- 01
Once, with the site we build
Every page we hand over is built to be found before anybody runs a checklist on it: a title and description written for the click, one heading per page, internal links that make sense, schema where the page type has one. Then on launch day thirteen steps run in order and get checked off in writing, from the sitemap and the robots file through Search Console, Bing, your Google Business Profile and Apple Maps. It is included in the build, not an upsell after it. See what a custom website includes.
- Canonical and share card pointed at the live domain
- Hosting and DNS, with the domain in your name
- robots.txt, search and AI crawlers welcomed
- sitemap.xml, every page listed
- llms.txt, your business in plain prose for AI engines
- Google Search Console, verified, sitemap submitted
- Bing Webmaster Tools, imported and confirmed
- Google Business Profile, website and hours matched
- Your review link and its QR code, minted
- Apple Business Connect, for Maps and Siri
- Your listings linked back inside the site’s own data
- IndexNow ping to the engines that take it
- Name, address and phone, identical everywhere
Checked off in writing before we hand the site over.

Every month, in a care plan
The part that never finishes. On Care, your two monthly changes can be spent on search if you want them there, a page title, a heading, a page that loads slow, and we watch your Google Search Console and tell you in plain words what it says. On Managed, new pages ship built to be found and the quarterly check reports where you actually turn up. Compare the care plans.

The half that is not on your website
For a local business, the map result and the reviews under it decide more than any page you own. The Back Office keeps the Google Business Profile current, posts to it, and asks your recent customers for a review and answers the ones you get. That is the off-site work, done by an agent we run and watch, not a checklist we hand you. See what the plan includes.

The short list
What we will not sell you, at any price
Four things every other quote will offer you, and we will not
A guaranteed position
Nobody can promise one, and everybody who does is either paying for ads or hoping you never check.
Link building
Buying links is against Google’s own rules and the businesses that get caught are the small ones, not the agency that sold it.
A keyword count
Twenty keywords a month is a number invented to fill an invoice, not to bring you work.
Content by the yard
Four blog posts a month that nobody asked for is a bill, not a strategy. We would rather write one page that answers a question your customers are genuinely typing.
Questions
The honest answers
Do you do SEO on its own, without a website from you?
Yes. If your site is in decent shape and we can safely get access, a care plan carries the search upkeep whether or not we built the site. If the site itself is the problem, we will say so rather than sell you monthly work on a page that cannot be rescued. Start with the free scan and we will tell you which one you are.
How long before it does anything?
The setup work shows up in weeks: the pages become crawlable, the profile becomes accurate, the sitemap gets read. Rankings move on Google’s clock, not ours, and anyone who gives you a date is guessing. What you get from us in the meantime is a monthly note in plain words about what changed and what Search Console is actually reporting.
Do I need a care plan if you built my site?
No. The launch work is included either way, and once the site is paid in full it is yours. A care plan is for the part that never finishes: the hours that change, the page that gets slow, the question people started searching that you should have an answer for.
Who owns the Google accounts?
You do. Search Console, the Business Profile, the analytics, all of it is created under the client’s own Google account and we are added as a user. If you ever leave, you keep everything and we lose access. We are never the owner of record on a listing we do not own.
Start with what is actually broken
The free scan reads your site the way a customer's first visit does, and it takes about thirty seconds. Then we will tell you which of the three jobs above you actually need.
