One score, from what customers actually judge
Your LeadLeak Score rolls up several review areas into a single 0-100 number. Each area is scored the way a real visitor experiences it, then weighted by how much it influences whether someone calls, books or leaves. The score is a starting point: it tells you where the biggest leaks are.
The sample marker sits at 64, the same score as our example reports. Most local businesses we review land in the 50-74 range.

The LeadLeak Score
Six moments, one clean number
Your score works like light through a prism. One clean number up front, split behind it into the six moments that decide whether a customer calls you or the next result.

We review the moments that decide whether a visitor becomes a paying customer, all from information that’s already public. We never log in to your website, accounts, analytics or dashboards.
Website & First Impression
Whether your message, headline and layout make it instantly clear what you offer, and where.
Mobile Experience
How easy your site is to read, tap, call and book from a phone, where most local searches happen.
Google Profile
Whether your profile looks complete, active and trustworthy, often the first thing customers see.
Reviews & Trust Signals
Whether your ratings, replies and proof of credibility are visible where they build confidence.
Local Search Findability
Whether you show up when nearby customers search for what you do, not just your business name.
Contact & Lead-Capture Flow
How easily a ready customer can actually reach you, tap-to-call, short forms, a clear next step.
Conducted by us, supported by advanced AI
We personally conduct every audit, supported by advanced AI technology, and read, check and finish every report before it reaches you. The score gives you the shape of the problem at a glance; the report explains it in clear, simple language, in priority order.
How an agent goes live on your business
An assistant that answers your phone is only worth having if it is right. Most of the work happens before it ever speaks to a customer, and none of it is a setting you are left to find.
- 01
You write the facts, we do not invent them
Everything the agent is allowed to say comes from one page you write and approve: your hours, your service area, what you do and do not take on, your prices if you want them said out loud. Ask it something outside that page and it tells the caller it will have you confirm, rather than guessing a helpful-sounding answer. A caller insisting somebody already quoted them a price does not move it.
- 02
It is tested against scripts before it answers anybody
Each agent has a set of conversations it has to handle correctly and a set it has to refuse: the price it must not invent, the emergency it must hand straight to you, the caller who says stop. We run those against your configuration, not a demo one, and we run them again on the day it goes live. An agent that fails its own scripts does not get a phone number.
- 03
You run five checks yourself before your first real caller
We hand you five things to try in about ten minutes: a normal enquiry, an awkward one, a stop request, something urgent, and the receipt that proves it filed what it heard. You should not have to take our word for any of it, and you are the one who knows what your customers actually ask.
- 04
The hard rules live in the code, not in the wording
A prompt is an instruction a model can be talked out of. So the rules that matter are not written as instructions at all. Stop means stop, checked before anything is composed. Nothing texts a customer at eleven at night. Every agent has a daily ceiling on how much it may send. If the record of who has opted out cannot be read, nothing goes out at all, because the safe failure is silence.
- 05
Approval is the default, and you can lift it job by job
Out of the box, anything heading to a customer waits for one tap from you. Once you have read a week of them and you trust a particular job, you can set that job to go on its own, and leave the rest waiting. Five things never move, whatever you switch on: refunds, discounts, prices, contracts and deleting anything. Those always wait for a person.
- 06
You hold the switch, and the numbers are counted
You can stop any agent from your phone and it stops that second, without waiting on us. On Monday you get one short email of what it actually did, counted from the records rather than estimated, alongside the questions it could not answer. Those questions are the useful part: answer them once and it answers them itself from then on.
How we build the thing itself
We write every line by hand. There is no template underneath, no page builder, and nothing you have to keep paying a platform to keep the lights on.
- 01
Built for one business, not adapted from another
We place every section on purpose, for what your customers actually need to see, and cut anything that is not doing a job. That is slower than picking a theme, and it is the reason a site we build loads fast, reads clearly on a phone, and does not look like four other businesses in your town.
- 02
Findable on day one, by people and by assistants
Every site ships with the full setup: search console and Bing registered, a sitemap and robots file, copy written so an answer engine can quote it, and an llms.txt so an AI assistant reading your site knows what you do. Being recommended by a chatbot is quietly becoming as important as ranking, and it needs a different kind of page.
- 03
You own it, and you can leave
The site is yours. If you ever want to move it, the one thing you need from us is a DNS change, which takes a few minutes. We would rather you stayed because the work is good.
What the score is, and isn’t
- A clear, prioritized snapshot of where you’re losing leads.
- Based on what’s publicly visible at the time of review.
- A practical to-do list you, your team or your web provider can act on.
- A guarantee of leads, rankings, bookings or revenue.
- A permanent grade, websites, profiles and reviews change often.
- Legal, financial or other professional advice.
