The General
Manager

One agent that runs the day-to-day of your business. It answers the phone, wakes the quote that went quiet, books the job, asks for the review, drafts the estimate, chases the invoice and asks for the referral, all of it itself, off one memory of your business. The operations manager most local businesses can't justify hiring. It watches the week around that work and tells you what needs you. You're not wiring ten tools together. Live reception answers on its own, only from facts you approved. Anything outbound waits for your one-tap approval.

$899 a month, flat. By application, and built to order: each General Manager is assembled and wired to your business before it runs.

What it handles

Everything it handles

The everyday jobs it takes off your desk, and does itself.

  2. 02texts back missed calls
  3. 03requests reviews and drafts the replies
  4. 04keeps your Google profile posted
  5. 05books appointments
  6. 06drafts quotes from photos
  7. 07follows up on quiet quotes and cold leads
  8. 08chases overdue invoices

  10. 10asks your happy customers for referrals

On top of that

  • it keeps an eye on your website and reviews and flags the day something breaks
  • it works only from your own records, kept separate from every other client's
  • every week it sends you one short brief a person has signed off: what it did, what needs you, what it's watching
  • nothing that reaches a customer goes out until you tap approve

A week it ran, in one brief

Your week, handled, Harbor Point Plumbing

Three things we did

  • Answered 11 after-hours calls; every one was texted back inside a minute.
  • Chased 3 quiet quotes; the Hendersons booked Tuesday morning.
  • Checked your site around the clock all week; it never blinked.

Two things we need from you

Your Saturday hours are wrong on Google. The fix is drafted.

Approved, hours fix cleared

A review reply for a new five-star is drafted and waiting.

Waiting on you

One thing we are watching

Your booking page answered in 3.1 seconds this week. If it stays slow, we move it.

How it runs

Many parts, one calm machine

Every part it runs does one job properly. Together they do the daily work of your operation, and you approve anything that reaches a customer.

The anatomy

  1. 01

    Senses

Every day it checks your site, times your booking page, reads the uptime checks it ran, and counts your leads. On Mondays it reads a competitor's homepage the same way, if you have named one. Once a month it asks an AI assistant who it would recommend for your trade in your town, from what it already knows rather than a live search, and records whether your name comes up. All of it comes from your own records and public pages, nothing else.

  2. 02

    Hands

All ten jobs, done by the one agent. Answering, following up, scheduling, replying to reviews and chasing quotes are five of them. It runs them as one loop, so the same customer does not get two messages in the same window, and it notices when a job stalls.

  3. 03

    Brain

One memory per business. Every conversation, lead, quote and count your agents have ever filed, in one place. Ask it anything about your own business and it answers from your records, or says plainly that it does not have the answer.

  4. 04

    Initiative

It does not just report problems, it writes the fix. A wrong Saturday hour comes back with the right hours already written, waiting on your tap for us to put it live. A quiet quote arrives with the nudge already drafted. Anything customer-facing or irreversible waits for your one-tap approval, every time.

  5. 05

    A voice, on a schedule

No dashboard to check. No chat window begging to be used. One brief a week in a fixed shape: three things it did, what it needs from you, one thing it is watching. Every number in it traces to a stored record, enforced by code.

It does the work and drafts everything that reaches a customer for your one-tap approval. A person signs the weekly brief before it reaches you.

Private and secure, first

Built the way we build everything

Nothing customer-facing or irreversible moves without your tap, and each approval link works once, then expires. Your records live in their own store, never mixed with another business's, and every action is logged. A kill switch halts all of it instantly. And every number in every brief must trace to a stored record, or the brief does not ship.

How we handle your data, in plain words.

The catch

It runs your operation. You keep the keys.

It does the work across everything you connect, inside the boundaries you set. It works on top of the tools you already run rather than replacing them: you keep your CRM, your calendar and your number. Anything that reaches a customer waits for your one-tap approval, every action is logged, and a kill switch stops all of it the moment you want. We set it up with you, by application, because running your operation means real access, not a self-serve signup. Compare it against the hire it replaces, not against software.

The application

We read every application ourselves and reply within two business days. If it is not the right fit, we tell you straight.

Questions

Asked before applying

What does The General Manager actually do?

Ten jobs, one agent: answering, following up, scheduling, reviews, quotes. It checks your site, times your booking page and counts your leads every day, and on Mondays it reads a competitor's homepage if you name one, all from your own records in per-client isolated stores. Live reception answers on its own from facts you approved; anything outbound waits for your one-tap approval. It reports once a week in a three-two-one brief: three things it did, what it needs from you, one thing it is watching. It does nothing outside that scope.

Who approves what it does?

You do, on anything that reaches a customer: a public reply, a profile change, a message, each waits for your one-tap approval. A person also reviews and signs the weekly brief before it reaches you.

What data does it see?

Only your own records: the leads your agents capture, your site's public surface, your counters and the uptime checks it ran. Every fact it reports traces to a stored record; a number it cannot trace is not allowed into your brief. Your data lives in its own store and is never mixed with another business's.

How do cancellation and my data work?

Cancel anytime; the service runs to the end of the period you paid for. Your data is exportable on request in plain formats, and deleted within 30 days of offboarding. There is also a kill switch that halts everything instantly if you ever want it.

Why is it by application?

Because running your operation means real access to your agents, records and profiles, set up properly and kept in your own isolated store. That is a working relationship, so we set it up with you rather than sell a self-serve login.

Hire the manager you could never justify

It runs your operation, and you keep the keys. By application, not a checkout.
