BellCode (“we”, “us”) operates bellcode.ai. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It's written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

Information you give us. If you email us, call us, or submit the form on this site, we receive your name, contact details, business name, and whatever you choose to put in your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records basic technical data when you visit: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the site you came from. We use this to keep the site working and to understand general traffic patterns. We do not use it to build a profile of you.

Business contact information. In the course of our outreach we process business contact details — names, work email addresses, job titles, and company information — sourced from public and commercially available sources.

Client data. When we build a website, tool, or assistant for a client, we may process data held in those systems. We handle it only to deliver and support that work, and only under the terms of our agreement with that client.

Marketing email

If we contact you about our services, every message includes a way to opt out. Unsubscribe once and we will not email you again. You can also write to hello@bellcode.ai to be removed at any time, and we will action it promptly.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers who help us operate — email, hosting, and analytics providers, for example — and only as much as they need in order to do that work. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep information only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires — whichever is longer.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to it. Email hello@bellcode.ai and we will respond.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the site to function.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top changes when we do.
